The EasyManage Newsletter module allows you to manage newsletter recipients, groups, and lists within EasyManage CMS. Your customers can subscribe and unsubscribe to newsletters online. It is then possible to contact all customers who have registered with your website as well as importing existing client subscription lists.

It is possible to set up different groups to receive different newsletters or to receive them at different times. Where customers appear in more than one group they will only receive one copy of the newsletter.

Using different templates that still follow the branding of the website it is possible to provide a different look and feel for each communication while avoiding any confusion as to the source of the information. Once the newsletter has been sent it can then be converted into a web page.

Click tracking is available for followed links to internal resources within your site. This is helpful to ascertain the success rate of the communication.

Newsletter history is a valuable part of this module which allows you audit history and recipient history. Version tracking is also available.

If necessary it is possible to restrict Newsletter access to only some EasyManage CMS users. As with the rest of EasyManage CMS the Newsletter module allows for the creation of marketing and promotional material with a single look, feel and behaviour.
